At present, our school employs 20 staff members, of whom 19 are female and 1 is male. The male employee works part time.

Due to the very small size of our workforce and the disproportionate gender balance within staffing, a meaningful gender pay gap comparison cannot be made without potentially identifying individual employees. For this reason, detailed pay gap figures are not published.
